@British_Airways Why is your website so garbage? Trying to book a city break & virtually impossible due to website errors/maintenance issues etc. Also fetching up incorrect options from those I have chosen. So user unfriendly! 💩

@VirginAtlantic extremely dissatisfied with the recent service. Paid extra for pre booked seats only to find not only did we not get said seats but allocated middle aisle for long haul which I hate! Hence pre booking! Totally not what we paid for! Seat refund please??
@VirginAtlantic who do I speak with in regards to my pre booked seat reservation not being upheld? When I pre book and pay for seats I expect to be seated in them & not just dumped anywhere. Really disappointing service today!
Hi Twitter! Yesterday my family's restaurant took just £82 for the day's takings - all day. It is called the Haven, on the A30 London Road, 3 miles out of Salisbury. They do super breakfasts, amazing handstretched pizzas etc. 1/2
