Unfortunately, there is no option for lowering minPoolCost to 30₳ . We also think it is not a good idea to change the k parameter together with minPoolCost.
We will vote for option 2 as we think this moves us closer in the right direction.

We would propose the parameter changes in the following steps:
1. lower minPoolCost to 30₳
2. wait for at least 12 weeks so that the effect of the new parameter is reflected in the delegator rewards
3. increase k to 1000 to disrupt delegation and move stake around.
