Toby Rogers just revealed the real reasons for declining labor force participation in the US that no mainstream economist will ever admit.
First, the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act.
“Starting in 1986, the vaccine schedule in the United States explodes.”
“You go from about 8 shots to 72 today.”
“You have an entire generation… for whom disability rates are much higher.”
“So you have this entire cohort that never joins the workforce… when they hit adulthood.”
Second, “with the Clinton administration in the 1990s, you have NAFTA.”
“You have the entry of China into the global trading scheme.”
“10 million manufacturing jobs move out of the US.”
“And what happens in these towns where they’re de-industrialized, that no longer have factories, that no longer have work for men… is disability rates go way, way up.”
Third, “the pharmaceutical industry takes advantage of that [and] floods these Rust Belt towns with opioids.”
“Now, you have the opioid epidemic killing… 80,000 Americans every year.”
“That’s declining workforce participation.”
Finally, Covid.
“The federal government just said, ‘Nope, stay home, don’t work, we’re just gonna turn off the entire global economy for who knows how long.’”
“A million small businesses are wiped out.”
“And then with 70-80% of the population receiving these Covid shots that are toxic, that cause myocarditis, rapid onset cancers, aggressive dementia, all sorts of health issues, you see declining workforce participation as well as disability rates go up.”
“It’s just wave upon wave of catastrophe, of assaulting the American people, the American worker, of sending our jobs overseas.”
“This is an economic strategy.”
“The way that they do that is through iatrogenic injury.”
“Poisoning us through vaccines, Covid shots, statins, SSRIs, and all the rest.”
“They used to get rich through our labor in the factories.”
“That’s not how our economy works anymore.”
“Our economy now works through… the elites exploiting the middle class and stripping our wealth through iatrogenic injury.”
@jeffreytucker
its one issue race either you support cutting off all ties and military aid to Israel or you're for appropriating monies for the killing of innocent women and children wth our tax dollars
and not to mention Million Orthodox dead young men on killing fields of UKR which you also voted to appropriate monies for
you will LOSE and all the rest of DC CARTEL
That was the best description of NY RE
its really sad that for many small landlords who own and operate multifamily six units are basically being disenfranchised of basic property rights by regulations which put all the liability on owners
no relief from court
forget about nonpayment you can't evict tenants who are mentally unstable that terrorize the other tenants
NYC is considering a law called COPA which if you are considering selling multi family you must first offer the property to NYC before putting on market
for those of you old enough to remember movie DR Zhivago where he comes back from the war to go to his house there were 15 people inside and the commissar assigned him to small room
complete SOVIETAZATION of private property rights
Joel Bowman just delivered an ominous warning:
New York City is “marching proudly down the road to the exact same disaster that befell Argentina.”
“There was an extraordinary housing crisis.”
“15 million people were homeless.”
“Largely, this was because of rent controls, price freezes, rent caps.”
Under Javier Milei, Argentina has “decimated” the “gargantuan buildup of laws and multilayered bureaucracy that had taken decades to get as bad as it had.”
“What we saw was just an absolute flood of supply coming back onto the market.”
“Prices absolutely collapsed.”
“You saw buyers and sellers, long estranged unnecessarily, racing across the city… into that warm glow of mutually beneficial exchange.”
“I think it’s about as clear-cut an argument for the liberation of markets from [a] strangulating regulatory framework as you could possibly get.”

The House is scheduled to vote this week on a National Defense Authorization that would integrate our military tech & supply chains with Israel’s.
Today, the Rules Committee will decide whether my amendment to strip section 219 will get a vote.
