“Now, you have the opioid epidemic killing… 80,000 Americans every year.”

“That’s declining workforce participation.”

Finally, Covid.

“The federal government just said, ‘Nope, stay home, don’t work, we’re just gonna turn off the entire global economy for who knows how long.’”

“A million small businesses are wiped out.”

“And then with 70-80% of the population receiving these Covid shots that are toxic, that cause myocarditis, rapid onset cancers, aggressive dementia, all sorts of health issues, you see declining workforce participation as well as disability rates go up.”

“This is an economic strategy.”

its really sad that for many small landlords who own and operate multifamily six units are basically being disenfranchised of basic property rights by regulations which put all the liability on owners
no relief from court
forget about nonpayment you can't evict tenants who are mentally unstable that terrorize the other tenants
NYC is considering a law called COPA which if you are considering selling multi family you must first offer the property to NYC before putting on market
