NEOHRIC-non-profit 501C3 promoting community-owned network infrastructure as affordable & accessible Networks & Internet as a publicly owned “Forth Utility”.
@takeashotgirl99@ItsSoHardNotTo@ElofsonJess You’re doing God’s work with family first . Our largest threats are those enabling the overtaking of our domestic rights to remain informed and engaged w/o distractions (#BlackBoxAlgorithms) as explained by Jack Dorsey & @LynAldenContact ( https://t.co/wNwE29CtsF )
@RepNancyMace A just and ethical government should not be confronted with such actions. These companies conditions would have been written into the original legislation.
@BKR1988NE@Ric_RTP I would anticipate the condensing and consolidation of Hyperscaler sites to the already “signed and sealed” facilities where water resources haven’t reached threatening levels and natural gas supplies for electrical generators are plentiful.
“After the Servers Go Dark
Lessons from nuclear host communities that could prove critical for towns and communities considering hosting data centers.”

@elonmusk@AnthropicAI@SpaceX@Grok What happens to all these host cities’ property tax income from terrestrial Hyperscale AI data centers when @elonmusk succeeds with deploying orbital data centers?
The most prescient advice in my lifetime came from @Chattanooga_gov , specifically their @EPB_Chattanooga , during an @Newcommunities (Intelligent Community Forum) in 2014 at @WalshUniversity in @OhioCanton. It centered on their building community-owned, decentralized, democratized, open access(able) middle and last-mile fiber #FttH/#FttP (broadband networks and Open Access Internet). A model that led more other communities to follow their lead.
Coupling that to their existing city electric utility for #SmartGridENERGY allowed for a myriad of divergence few could have envisioned beyond ENERGY and CONNECTIVITY. In reality, they’ve leveraged critical infrastructure assets, resources snd knowledge, parlaying the same into the fields of quantum computing (currently partnering with @IonQ_Inc ) No doubt they’ll do the same with future Hyperscale AI data centers and even distributed AI data networks, e.g. Span’s XFRA model or even Tesla’s distributed EV/chargers network model, etc. The point being future AI readiness in keeping their communities resilient, sustainable and hardened through Open Access Infrastructure-led partnering rather than compromising as the Singularity arrives. @AlanHarold@RichardRegula@brantluther@MattMiller
@gailalfaratx The parallel of OpenAI’s mission to Community-Owned, Open Access Fiber Infrastructure’s mission of affordable, accessible Internet access for all, is very
stark. https://t.co/YcJtAOIIGU
@itsanhonour_ All-In podcast member suggested Host cities for Hyperscale AI ‘data centers’ (refineries/factories) provide said residents free energy.
https://t.co/lwvMkc10aO
@SmorglesBord@itsanhonour_ They’re already, indirectly, ‘influencing’ counties and local political su divisions to pass resolutions providing 75% property tax abatement extended over 30 years, no CAB (Citizen Advisory Board) input, NDAs, little to no clawbacks, & overall general opaque terms/participation.
@Grok How does a community protect its inhabitants and environment from the natural gas generation pollutants primarily, the noise and heat, secondarily, generated by these immense power turbine extremes without causing physiological and environmental harm from these Hyperscale ai data centers’ proliferation throughout targeted states?
@illionotherside@scottsantens@Grok , Isn’t #UBI what Sam Altman has said is too limited in scope in a recent conversation, https://t.co/JKVU60bLS3, and @elonmusk is on recorded as endorsing #UHI (Universal High Income)?
