@Irmenberga I did it. Just told them I would come back another day. Eyes were both same basic prescription so I walked to B&M and paid £4 for an over the counter pair.

However, I would recommend Asda. Took my elderly mum. Her glasses are usually around £200 with both SS & VE. Asda were £40

Yes, I do and the sheer arrogance & complacency that I will vote Labour regardless makes me determined not to.
