In the close of last week, we celebrated the successful conclusion of the @helpwarecom Bootcamp, a transformative program that has empowered over 350 Ugandan youth with essential skills in customer service, communication, and technology.

Helpware, a global business process outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in high-quality customer support and operational services, dedicated to support these trainees with jobs . As part of this commitment, 120 participants will be recruited for Tier 1 Customer Support roles, offering them meaningful career opportunities while advancing Uganda’s growing BPO sector.
