I pay around £300, as Council Tax each, this money pays for local amenities including rubbish and recycling collection, street lighting, road maintenance, libraries, parks, fire and police services, and adult social care. You people in Uganda pay 100k every year as Local service tax and expect these services. You either clean or this tax is increased to provide the services 🤦🏾‍♂️#KeepUgandaClean

From 25 November 2025, the UK will make it easier for international students — including those from Uganda — to remain and launch businesses. Students can now switch to the Innovator Founder visa while staying in the UK, instead of having to travel back home to apply.
