This is bound to happen when u give promotion to reserved people against UR posts. Reserved vacancy will keep on rising and UR aspirants will deprive of govt jobs sooner. Stricter action is need of the hour. @PMOIndia@CMO_Odisha@AmitShah@dpradhanbjp@SamalManmohan7@PandaJay
Thanks @NandighoshaTV for raising our voice. Other media shall also raise their voices against this illegal procedure, which debars meritorious UR employees to get promotion by allowing reserved candidates against UR vacancy violating judgements of Hon'ble Supreme Court. @otvnews
Due to the inability of administration in solving the reservation in promotion issues, lakhs of UR employees/aspirants will suffer. If the matter is taking time, why the clarification issued in the first place was not kept in abeyance?? Isn't it favouring a certain community ??
@kanak_news This letter should be revoked to bring back the balance between UR and Reserved candidates. If this will be applied, then in future UR employees won't get promotion and subsequently UR aspirants will not get any Govt job. It's a matter of rights for 60% of the State's population.
It's a very bad conspiracy which violates 50% reservation and also equality in opportunity of constitution. UR recruitment will not happen and more than 60% of UR students/aspirants will struggle for a job in future. This order must be repealed for survival of UR/OBC community.
If this happens, reserved category will be promoted under UR category. Base level reserved posts will be vacant. Special recruitment will be held and again they will be recruited under reserved category. After 10 years 80% plus posts will be occupied by them. @PMOIndia
The Principal Secretary Sri Bisnupada Sethi has issued a clarification allowing promotion to reserved category candidates(who are not selected on 'own merit')against UnReserved (UR) posts, which is in direct violation of Hon'ble Supreme Court's "Post Based Reservation" Principle
