@tuffenuff2025 @nntaleb @mathoncbro You don't. As standard two days vegan per week (Wednesday & Friday) with the occassional big fast (6 weeks at Lent, ~20 days in June, 2 weeks in August, ~30 days lead up to Christmas. Other days eat what you want. Nothing like extreme veganism.

@Misho6378 @nntaleb @mathoncbro I don't think many are understanding what Nassim is saying; occassional depravation followed by periods of feasting on protein is more natural. Not completely abstaining and being completely vegan. Having the regularity of high protein for 3 meals a day is not natural.

@PaulSkallas Could also potentially help explain, in part at least, why people were thinner back in the day if salt causes fat to break down in order to release water.

@PaulSkallas So perhaps eating more salt vs today (demonisation of salt?) would make you appear older because it was sapping all the moisture from your body which wasn't being replaced by the sheer amount of water we feed our bodies today?

I've been trying to deal with Onto's customer service for over a week. I have sent them the report form the RAC.

I keep getting told a senior case handler is on this and they should call back *today*. Yet each day I have no call, and keep getting told they will call *today*

Onto then booked the car into the Renault garage. The big issue here is that the next available spot isn't until the 28th July.

So now we have a car, which we've paid for a month in advance, sitting there pretty much unusable.
