@QuarbitGaming I managed CK2 without DLCs (except that shattered world one), and vanilla 3 is basically DLCed 2, so it's no big deal, despite annoyance. And Paradox is making DLCs less essential than they used to be. coughcommonsensecough

I know it wouldn't have been that way IRL, but like you said, CK allows way more matrilineal marriages than history. Things don't have to be 100% real in games.
