@skytv @SkyUK phoned up to cancel BB, gave 27th Sept as deactivation day. It has been deactivated within 24 hours. Sky won't reactivate unless signing up as a new customer, even then it will take 7 days. No home internet for 3+ weeks as a work from home employee. Fucking awful.
