I listened to Pierre's speech and it's quite the contrast from Carney's. Carney spoke about using an emergency response to fast track projects. Pierre spoke about speeding up the permitting/approval process and eliminating project stalling bills like C-69.

Pierre proposes a funding mechanism that will give Indigenous communities the autonomy to address urgent needs in their community like clean water. Giving that decision making back to our leaders is something that I can stand behind.
