@Jon_the_Deacon If you are doing it again there are also some “fun” things that we use at home, like liquid level indicators and talking tin lids. If you know anyone with one you could borrow or ask your local mobility shop or RNIB if they would be willing to loan or send one for teaching

She also received a thank you card in braille using seeds as the dots which I thought was smart but it must have been fun to make.depending on how you did this they could also be recycled as bird food!
@Jon_the_Deacon Mum when she was doing Guide Dog talks used to put objects into a pillowcase and let participants guess what the object was just by touch. 1/.
@abbysuzie_ Luckily that hasn’t happened to us with Q yet… but if it did unless it was an emergency I’m sure we wouldn’t feel very welcome where ever it was.

@SianD91_@GeorgeReeves94 Most Methodist churches I’ve been to stand. But it might be an area thing?
Either way I think personal choice is key. To say you have to stand, or you have to kneel isn’t meeting people in that moment of sheer openness with God where they are. You can be humbled and stand.
