Earlier today, I was honored to be among the distinguished guests invited to attend the 6th Graduation Ceremony of King Ceaser University in Ggaba.
I sincerely thank the founder and the University Board for their visionary investment in education and for empowering the next generation of leaders.
Congratulations to all the graduates on this remarkable achievement. Your hard work, resilience, and dedication have paid off. I wish you every success as you embark on the next chapter of your journey.
Together, let us continue building a stronger, more prosperous Uganda.
Yesterday I experienced one of the most moving moments of my life as I finally met @McQuraish, a courageous young brother who had patiently waited a long time for us to connect.
From the moment we started talking, I was struck by Kasozi's positive outlook. Although he lost both of his legs, he never lets that define him. He faces each day with remarkable determination, courage and hope. Spending time with him reminded me that true strength is not always physical. Sometimes, it is found in the way we choose to face life's challenges.
Kasozi is a dedicated second-year student, and I would like to thank @OfficialMubs for giving him the opportunity to pursue his education and for supporting him throughout his journey. Your commitment to inclusive education is helping him build a brighter future.
While his spirit is unbreakable, I believe we must do everything we can to make his daily life a little easier. An electronic wheelchair would give Kasozi the freedom and independence he deserves and make it much easier for him to get around. Figuring out how to get one for him is now my personal homework, and I am committed to seeing it through.
Kasozi, thank you for welcoming me as your friend. It was an honour to spend time with you and hear your story. I pray that God continues to bless you, strengthen you and guide you every step of the way. Keep believing in yourself. Your spirit has inspired me, and I will be cheering you on every step of the way.
A second batch of Ugandans will arrive at Entebbe this evening as @GovUganda continues the voluntary repatriation exercise for citizens returning from South Africa.
The exercise is progressing, with additional repatriation arrangements continuing within the course of the week in coordination with all relevant authorities.
Salute to our mighty UPDF!
The team deployed by CDF - Gen @mkainerugaba provided exceptional support in the smooth and secure coordination of this voluntary repatriation exercise.
We also commend Ambassador @AmoruPaul and the High Commission team for their outstanding leadership.

Today at Kabalye, I passed out 9,952 officers comprising the 25th Intake of Probationer Police Constables and the 3rd Intake of the Immigration Officers’ Course. I congratulate them on successfully completing their training and commend the Police leadership and instructors for producing a disciplined force.
Today, at State House, Entebbe, I welcomed a delegation from Al Mansour Holdings led by Mr. Umar Bchinnati, who brought a message from Sheikh Mansour bin Jabor.
We discussed areas where Uganda and Qatar could cooperate, especially value addition through fruit processing, starch, coffee, pharmaceuticals, energy, and logistics. Uganda has the resources, market, and people. What we need are more partnerships that bring capital, technology, and equipment to create jobs and transform our economy.
I welcome this collaboration and look forward to strengthening our ties with Qatar.
Since PLU has expanded immesurabely in just 3 years because of our popularity with Ugandans. I shall open a second office, just for the Chairman PLU. Hon.Kabanda will run it on my behalf.
To the Government and People of Venezuela.
On behalf of the Government and the People of Uganda, I wish to convey heartfelt condolences to the Government and People of Venezuela, upon suffering a natural catastrophe i.e. the big magnitude earthquakes (Musisi - in our local Luganda dialect), that hit parts of your Country; and caused colossal loss of life, multiple casualties and damage to property and infrastructure. At this trying moment, the People of Uganda commiserate and stand in solidarity, with their Venezuelan Brothers and Sisters; and wish quick recuperation to those who sustained physical injuries. We pray that the ongoing search and rescue efforts succeed in preventing the already high death toll from escalating.
The grief and loss that have been occasioned by these earthquakes is unimaginable; and therefore, as you come to terms with its devastating effects and mourn the loss of your loved ones, our hearts and prayers are with you.
May the Almighty God grant eternal rest to the departed souls.
H.E. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA
On behalf of all supporters of General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, we thank the Almighty God for protecting the life of Maama Janet Museveni, the mother of our Leader. Seeing her post on social media after 3 months has brought joy to our hearts. We give thanks to the Lord. Sitaane alimba!
It's me, Janet Museveni. It is a confirmation that the God I talk about is a living God. He is not a myth, He lives!
I must therefore thank Uganda, beginning with Mzee, who has prayed with the whole nation. I praise God for leading us to know Him. Thank you all for coming out publicly to pray for me.
Thank you for all those continuous prayers and also for the kind birthday wishes. Thank you for letting me know just how much I am loved.
