@09bhurrion @JoNord2128416 @SW_Help I have seen that, but I will proceed anyway legally claiming the ticket refund and compensation for the delay which is a massive 4 hours in late with the train cancelled finishing its travel in Southampton Central and not in London Waterloo. We are hundreds of people.

@SW_Help From Bournemouth with the train 20.22. I am in Brockenhurst and based on the law you must give one alternative that brings me directly to the final destination. I am waiting for it. Thanks. Taxis to Basingstoke are not a solution and I can bring SWR in court easily for it.

@09bhurrion @SW_Help What are you talking about? All trains are delayed and stuck even in Basingstoke up to Waterloo. The solution must cover the route until the final destination. This is the law guys. I will be very happy to go to court and have fun.
