BokHee, goodbye. 💙
For years, she stood quietly in the operating room, with steady hands, calm eyes, always there when it mattered most. BokHee didn’t need dramatic storylines or long monologues. Her presence alone was enough.
She witnessed everything: the breakthroughs, the breakdowns, the love stories, the losses. While surgeons came and went, BokHee remained a symbol of consistency in a world that never stopped changing. She was the silent heartbeat of Grey Sloan’s OR.
BokHee reminded us that not all heroes wear the spotlight. Some hold the room together simply by showing up every day, doing the work, and caring deeply. And in a show built on chaos and emotion, that quiet strength meant everything.
Saying goodbye to BokHee feels like saying goodbye to a piece of Grey’s Anatomy itself. Because she wasn’t just in the background — she was the background that made everything else possible.
Thank you, BokHee You were always there. And we’ll always remember. 💔
Why are we so adamant on judging each other on our looks and the colour of our skins, when it’s evidently clear we can’t see ourselves clearly. Why then would we judge others when we can’t even see ourselves clearly? Jesus taught us to lead with love not sight and it seems only a few got the message. Martin Luther King Jr is one of the few that understood this message, though he was plagued with so many adversities he did nothing but spread love. Love.
There are really only two seasons in the year or in life. There’s the beginning and the end, it’s hard to tell the end from the beginning or the beginning of the end. I sound crazy to me, but I love me and that’s only the beginning. I pray God grants me a long life because I’m loving who I’m becoming, the good and the bad. Let’s begin.

There’s things I wanna tell you. Things the enemy doesn’t want you to know, things that could put your life in more danger than you are in now, let’s face it you’re not safe either way because you’re being cradled by the enemy. The boogeyman is real and his greatest trick was to make you believe he doesn’t exist. The bogeyman was born off you and me. Remember when you light up a candle you also cast a shadow so be diligent in your prayers and remember God loves you
@edmnangagwa thank you, I couldn’t have said it better myself! Let us put down the guns in Africa, let us end the violence on one another. Instead let us build a stronger Africa for our brothers , sisters, children and our grandchildren. Let us no longer be the victim. Let us rise and become a super power. Let us declare peace in our lives for a better tomorrow. A better Africa for you and me.
It’s always darkest before dawn
It’s always darkest before dawn when the devils are retreating from their play,
When their blood lust has been quenched and their stomachs are full,
When the night is devoid of all hope and innocent victims have been devoured till bones remain,
I wonder if Philadelphia would have such a stain that lingers with pain that seeks pain relief on a 24 hour basis,
From a mind that is filled with deep regrets from memories foretold but escape remained inevitably fixed and fixated on the dream which was to be fulfilled,
Let the heart take courage and let fate grab the wheel for whatever is lost in the darkness can always be found so fear not because it’s a tale that has been spun for thousands of years,
It’s always darkest before dawn.
So lay your head down and lament all your fears and know dawn is on the new horizon.

If there’s one thing I’m certain of it’s nothing is as clear as it appears to be, the real fascists are putting labels on the real democrats, if the world leaders have that much influence what hope does a small country like Zimbabwe have when they feed its people lies. 1 for all and all for 1.. liberate America, liberate Zimbabwe. I guarantee you you’ve never fought a warrior like I. I’m coming after your entire family lines @JoeBiden@KamalaHarris@BarackObama@AOC. IAM and you better fall back
