@TripperAngel86@people Also... I'd get super annoyed too till I figured out the photo is linked to there article! IDK why they don't just add "Tap photo for more" automatically to everything. π€·ββοΈ You'd think they'd have thought of that already! & done it!π€¨ SMH Hope this helps tho!π
@RadioactiveIM3@Latterdaytruth The edited copy of chart isn't showing up for some reason but it says it right at the bottom that it is only agreed at 1st marriage, NOT including later marriages
@RadioactiveIM3@Latterdaytruth It actually only accounts for age at 1st marriages. Says it right below the bar at the bottom showing colors aligned to each age range. I circled it in red here...
@BamaPedsNP@Mr_Husky1 π§΅wish I'd realized how toxic all of the household cleaning products I used back then still were, even after switching to "free & clear"laundry detergent. There's much better options these days. I love Truly Free (reduced/eliminated all our eczema) but other's are great too
@BamaPedsNP@Mr_Husky1 It me till my 3rd, who's 19 now, to realize all our laundry had to switch to fragrance free, dye free, "gentle" detergent. Baby had horrible eczema all over, even after switching just baby's laundry detergent. Changing whole household over made huge difference but...π§΅

@jesse_k_fox@Latterdaytruth That makes sense. Where I live, we only have family wards and a YSA branch(ward?) so I was referring to the SA activities which include 3 stakes because we are a pretty small area & even with 3 stakes, only 20-30 people usually attend activities. Mostly women & OLD men. π«€
@jesse_k_fox@Latterdaytruth And to that end, the lack of opportunities for singles to actually meet each other, I wish more people would introduce singles they know to each other. Not just men & women, like set ups, but for me friendships too. Major underutilized resource there but IDK a solution. π«€π€·ββοΈπ€
@jesse_k_fox@Latterdaytruth Did your single counselor give any insights on making singles feel more welcome & included? I've noticed that most single men under 60+ tend to avoid SA activities, which means we're not meeting each other & so we're all missing out on dating opportunities. Frustrating & lonely.
@FriedScones@Latterdaytruth I completely understand this. I am a single sister & I have no ideas for what could/should be done. I only know that there's a feeling of unwanted-ness by many singles when we attend ward/EQ/RS activities, like people wish we wouldn't have come, so many stop going.
@FranciscoMogy@Latterdaytruth Would you be willing to share how? What is done to specifically include singles & actually show them that they triple ARE welcome because even when it's stated that "all are welcome" often, singles aren't received at activities like they're actually welcomed.
@Latterdaytruth I've thought more about this question you asked, if I have any idea why this happens so much & my mom actually reminded me that is also common for people to pull back like they thing divorce is contagious & they don't want to "catch" it. She's right. That's a thing. Sadly.
@MalditaSummer π§΅the time off to get better or care for the sick family member, or various other situations like a wedding, child/grandchild born, funeral, etc, extra time off around holidays, or maybe am actual vacation? Will they allow him to cash out some of he needs the money?π€π€π€
@MalditaSummer 𧡠then that's still around 3 weeks of time off he could take so are they insisting he take multiple "vacations" (I assume they don't want him to be gone that long all at once) or are they allowing him to keep the remainder to use of he or a family member gets sick & he needsπ§΅
