@luxairport Is it normal at the Lost luggage desk there were 3 people and no one could really help us? They sent us to the boot, which was not working properly and gave us a wrong info regarding the possibility to use Lufthansa website. Disappointing service!

Terrible experience with lost baggage @lufthansa @luxairport Lufthansa apparently has a bug in the system, and at the airport no one helped at the desk... Late at night and with three kids (one newborn), they gave wrong info... Very disappointed
