💔A VERY SAD PUPDATE. LITTLE MATTY HAS PASSED AWAY💔

It is with great sadness that we have to share that the little cream pup, the weakest of the three babies abandoned in a bin, has passed away

From the moment he arrived, we knew he was desperately poorly. Despite round-the-clock care, medication, warmth, feeds & everything his foster carer plus Veterinary team could give him, Matty continued to suffer from the most horrific green, watery diarrhoea. His tiny body was simply too weak & sadly he slipped away

💔We are all absolutely heartbroken💔

But there is something we want to say, because it matters

🐶We called him Matty🐶

For however short his time with us was, he had a name. He was cared for. He was held. He was kept warm. He was loved. He mattered to us & to all of you

Matty was not rubbish to be discarded in a bin. He was a little life & his life mattered

We will continue fighting with everything we have for his two siblings, who are still desperately poorly

Take a look at beautiful girls @SaintsSledDogs Amber and Blaze the 12 and 13-year-old Husky crosses.
Amber and Blaze have been a dream to have in foster care and are now looking for their forever home together. They are a bonded pair so cannot be separated, they keep each other company, especially as Blaze does show signs of separation anxiety occasionally.
The duo are great with humans of all ages and are good with dogs, although Amber can be a little nervous so will grumble.
Amber and Blaze like to go for good sniffy walks, being older girls they do like to take their time and enjoy the sights. They are fully house trained and LOVE to spend time In front of the TV with their foster mom.

These two girls break my heart! They arrived at the beginning of April and two of the sweetest girls who have clearly had a pretty poor life to date!
AMBER is 9 yrs old and we know for certain she has had at least 4 litters of puppies - one of those litters included RUBY who is just turned 7 yrs old.
Amber is now spayed and in great health if a little sad and confused being here! Ruby has laryngeal paralysis .... she is spayed but we have taken the decision to manage her problem with the use of steroids when needed as the risks involved from the surgery and the chance of aspirational pneumonia going forward are too high.
She does make noises after exercise or excitement but she is one of the happiest dogs you could ever wish to meet.
These dogs surely deserve that special home?? Maybe someone with a large secure garden? Maybe someone who has countryside all around and can take for lovely walks - but these girls mostly love to run and scent and enjoy freedom!
