@FirstBusesEast the 12:39 bus from Thistledown road Horsford to castle meadow Norwich never turned up. It wasn’t on the app but then they don’t always put the tracking on at mill lane because the other day it wasn’t on the app and it turned up!! 😡

@FirstNorwich question for you … how is it that yesterday a trip from castle meadow Norwich to primrose crescent Norwich on the 15 bus cost £2.40 yesterday and today it’s £3.00?

@FirstNorwich where is the incentive to purchase a 10 trip ticket on your app when it works out the same as 10 single trips? And apparently there is no longer a 2 trip ticket just a day ticket so u might as well get single trip tickets ? That’s if the bus turns up!! 😡

@FirsNorwich the 36 service from Thistledown road Horsford to castle meadow just went past my stop that I was heading to 6 minutes early and didn’t even stop …. Yes no one was there but being that early it could have at least stopped for a minute or 2 😡

@FirstNorwich Or in my case they just cut out Horsford altogether and run it from the boundary because the 12:09 and the 12:39 didn’t even attempt to get here …. Late bus is better than no bus when you have a job to get to

@FirstNorwich The 13:09 has gone past so can’t you let that come through early ??? This is the second time both those have been missed out….. I need the 12:09 bus tomorrow as well so will it be working then??? The is is ridiculous

@FirstNorwich the 14 bus to dussindale should have stopped at st stephens street Norwich at 12:38 but noooo despite 3 people stood waiting the driver sailed past us all and I need to get to work… so bloody rude and inconsiderate 😡😡😡

@FirstNorwich was near the bottom of my road at 11:33 only to see the 36a 11:39 bus to Norwic go past 6 minutes early. Yes I know you’ll say it’s to maintain schedules but it was being maintained and was early enough to stop for a few minutes in case someone gets there on time!!!
