21-year-old Alexander Lamar Banks, Jr. crashed his car into a couple that were pulling their 3-year-old daughter in a pink wagon.

He then opened fire on the family, striking them all.

He reloaded his gun, and shot them all AGAIN.

The three-year-old died.

A 72-year-old elderly woman emerged and tried to help by distracting the gunman.

She became his next victim and had to undergo brain surgery.
