@JoyanneHawkins We don't see correlations. We manage many thousands of locations with our software and have found no correlation between edits made and suspensions. Interestingly, all the company profiles of our group of agencies were suspended (and we do not manage them with our software).

@soylauraalfonso Hola, Laura. Sí, lo solucionaron en poco más de 72h. Pero los datos de llamadas no estuvieron disponibles en millones de perfiles durante ese tiempo. Vía API nunca dejaron de aparecer.

Las estadísticas de llamadas vuelven a aparecer. Tras confirmar hace dos días que se trataba de un bug, #Google ya lo ha solucionado. Todo indica que al eliminar la funcionalidad "call history"arrastraron también las estadísticas de llamadas. #GBP #SEO #SeoLocal #GoogleMyBusiness

Google dice estar trabajando en una solución. Hay recordar que la retirada de la funcionalidad "call history" el 31 de julio no tiene nada que ver con las estadísticas de llamadas. "Call History" fue una funcionalidad de seguimiento de llamadas avanzada que nunca llegó a Europa.
