@BritishGasHelp I have tried all relevant numbers. I have followed the information in regards to making a complaint, and not one person understands the severity of the issue that British Gas caused

I've been given multiple numbers and pushed from one department to the next but not an actual complaints department

@StagecoachWales Yes, understandable times vary, but an empty bus driving past with a driver srugging his shoulders and mouthing something I obviously couldn't make out

3 buses no show and 1 drove right passed
17:21 no show
17:23 no show
17:25 no show
17:56 driver drove passed and shrugged bus was empty

I know times alter but I find the service is worse now than ever

Waiting at the bus stop and the bus drove right past ! Bus not full in fact hardly anyone on there ! Why would bus drivers do this even the driver shrugged

I don't use the buses that often now due to poor service and attitudes
