This endangered passenger safety and caused severe mental distress. Public transport operators cannot abandon passengers after confirmation. This violates basic duty of care. I seek immediate refund and strict action against the driver & operator. Blr-Goa

The @IntrCity it's harassment & neglect. Informed driver in advance, he didn’t call, drove past, and I had to chase the bus 30 km with luggage, highway traumatic & unsafe. Forced to board helplessly at 12:30 AM instead of 10 PM. Police involved. Bus GA 03 V 9315

Your recovery agent ([phone]) is harassing me via WhatsApp—even on weekends—and calling my family members, whose contact details I NEVER shared with the bank. This is a serious violation of privacy and recovery guidelines. They also refuse to identify themselves.
Post-COVID, I faced several life setbacks:
Lost my job
Suffered medical issues & was hospitalized
Dealing with mental health challenges
My wife is currently pregnant, and this constant harassment is affecting both her and my mental well-being.
Despite writing several emails to @IDFCFIRSTBank and even involving my legal representative, there has been no response from your team. Instead, I continue to get threatening calls and WhatsApp messages demanding money without protocol.

This is unethical, unprofessional & mentally damaging.
I’m attaching screenshots of these interactions. Treat this as a formal public complaint. I request urgent intervention and disciplinary action against the individuals involved.
