Really strong breakdown. I think the point about the market moving away from speculation and toward sustainable infrastructure is especially important.
For years, a lot of projects were able to generate attention through token launches, incentives, partnerships and impressive-looking growth numbers. But when liquidity dries up, it becomes much easier to see which projects actually built something people need and which ones were mostly benefiting from the wider market narrative.
The same applies to community growth. A large follower count or Telegram group may look good, but it doesn’t necessarily mean the project has trust, retention or real adoption. The projects that make it through this period will probably be the ones that understand how to turn attention into long-term users, contributors and customers.
This market is definitely painful for many teams, but it may ultimately create a healthier industry. Less focus on hype, more focus on execution, sustainable revenue, useful products and communities that are built around genuine value.
Unpopular opinion:
Most crypto projects don’t have a community.
They have a Telegram chat full of ignored questions, fake hype, unpaid mods, confused holders, and founders who only show up when the chart is green.
Community isn’t “gm.”
Community isn’t giveaways.
Community isn’t memes.
Community is trust.
If your users don’t feel heard, they won’t stay.
If your team only communicates during pumps, people notice.
If your project treats community like an afterthought, the market eventually exposes it.
Crypto doesn’t need more noise.
It needs better operators.
Agree or disagree?

Welcome! Hope ya’ll will like my short presentation on tokenising game ownership.
Problem: You don’t actually own your games anymore. For example on Steam they are licensed and cannot be resold.
Solution: game developers sell games directly to gamers in the form of blockchain tokens. Require purchasing and holding a token for a game in your wallet to start the game. The game token can be resold on a decentralised exchange and each sale can automatically bring dividends to the game developer via smart contracts.
