The bus broke down midway thru journey & could not complete the trip

The so-called “alternative arrangement” provided was a non-AC Kerala SRTC ordinary SEATER bus.

@makemytripcare In addition, breakdown & transfer caused a delay of approx 4hrs, resulting in a late arrival & disruption to my work schedule

This decision needs to be reviewed immediately & an appropriate refund must be processed.
