I'm finishing up research for a new book I hope to have a rough draft for next year. The story will be based off of some things I had written in a notebook a few moons back. Think supernatural tentacles into the present day from people in the past (or vice-versa).

@EdenMae69298190 said or asked can be said commonly. I try as much as possible to keep adjectives / adverbs away from dialogue tags. (Think of italicization - Let the dialogue describe).

@recoverednow Personally, I can never final edit (after the different iterations of previous self edits / pro edits of my manuscipts). I am such a perfectionist that every time I read my work, I correct... I let someone else do the final edit, or even a read, then leave it.
