Pete Buttigieg guaranteed automatic cash refunds for canceled flights and oversaw the largest federal investment in public transit in US history
Sean Duffy filmed a reality show, hired gamers as air traffic controllers and is hosting IndyCar grand prix in DC.
Also, the current CNO did not go to the Naval War College (or, as far I can tell, any SSC), but he does have a management PhD from the University of Phoenix.
Apparently, all these senior Navy leaders slipped our clutches in Newport in time to run the current war.
3 things #ESPN has now gone ALL IN on that I just dont get:
- Stephen A Smith
- Pat McAfee
- WWE
I miss educated discussion, civil debate and non-scripted sports.
Maybe I'm old, but this isn't my ESPN.

ESPN should have added an alternate ESPN Monday Night pregame show and let Pat McAfee do his "frat bro" schtick on there. I literally have zero interest in watching a pregame show with Pat involved in it. It will be interesting to see the ratings comp versus previous years.
“Saved by the Bell” debuted on NBC 37 years ago today, August 20, 1989.

He went on to deliver record surpluses, 22.7M jobs, 4% unemployment, and the longest peacetime expansion.
LIV Golf is striking a very different tone than five years ago. They now want to bring the global golf community together. That wasn’t the case when they debuted in 2022. Back then, for a lack of a better term, they were out for blood. A humbling presser from Scott O’Neil today.
Maybe culture has passed me by, but I don’t understand today’s ESPN. As a kid, I had ESPN/ESPNNews on nonstop because they had nonstop sports highlights/news and sports are awesome. Who decided people prefer “hot takes” shouting clowns over… sports?
