Here’s something they probably never taught you in Sunday school.
When Jesus died, several supernatural events were reported occurring in diverse locations, which seemed to collectively testify that a major revolution had occurred in the spiritual realms.
1. The veil of the Jewish Temple was torn from top to bottom. This occurred on Crucifixion Day.
2. The dead awoke and walked around in Jerusalem. This also occurred on Crucifixion Day.
3. The Roman historian Plutarch recorded that around the time of Jesus’ death, and certainly before 37 AD, it was publicly announced near the island of Paxi that “the Great Pan is dead”. Eusebius of Caesarea interpreted this as meaning that the whole pantheon of pagan gods had been overthrown.
4. Plutarch also recorded that, for the first time ever, the legendary oracles of Rome’s famous temples went silent after Christ’s death, asserting that the risen Christ had driven them out. The last Delphic oracle itself announced that its shrine had gone silent.
5. Back in Israel, immediately after Christ’s Crucifixion, four supernatural Jewish Temple rituals suddenly stopped working, although they had previously never ever failed to do so. (1) the lot for the Lord no longer came up in the high priest’s right hand, (2) the crimson thread tied to the Yom Kippur scapegoat ceased turning white, (3) the westernmost lamp of the menorah would not stay lit, and (4) the doors of the Hekhal would open by themselves at night. These unprecedented supernatural changes were all recorded in the Babylonian Talmud Yoma 39b. These signs are described in the Talmud as beginning right around the death of Christ, and then consistently continuing for the remaining 40 years until the temple was destroyed in 70 AD. The Talmud views these events as portents of impending destruction and loss of divine favor, which aligns nicely with both the announcement of the death of Pan and the silencing of the Roman oracles, which both occurred right around the same time as these supernatural changes in the Jewish Temple rituals.

Hear what is about to break upon this earth—and it is coming soon.
A world war unlike any that has ever been fought will erupt, one that will draw the northern armies of Gog, Magog, and their allies down upon the mountains of Israel exactly as the prophet Ezekiel declared in chapters 38 and 39. Fire will fall from heaven. The land will be shaken. The nations will learn that the Holy One of Israel still defends His people. And in the midst of that great conflict—while the world is convulsed in war and the skies are filled with smoke—the Church of God will be caught up. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, the dead in Christ will rise and the living saints will be changed and taken to meet the Lord in the air. The restraining influence will be removed. The stage will be set.
Then, out of the ashes and the chaos, a man will arise—the False Prophet spoken of in the Revelation. He will come with power and signs and lying wonders. He will call fire down from heaven in the sight of men upon the enemies of the coming Pseudo-Christ, just as Elijah once did. Many among the Jews, looking for the prophet who was to come, will receive this man as Elijah returned. By that acceptance the path will be cleared and the hearts of the people prepared to receive another.
That other is the Antichrist. He will confirm a covenant with many for one week concerning the land and the holy place. The Temple will be rebuilt upon its ancient site. For a season it will appear that peace has come and that Israel’s long exile is over. But the covenant is a lie. At the midpoint of the seven years the mask will fall. The abomination of desolation will be set up in the holy place. The sacrifice and the oblation will cease. And from that hour hell itself will be poured out upon this earth.
Judgments of the 70th Week (Daniel’s 70th Week / the Tribulation):
(Revelation 6): A white-horse conqueror goes forth conquering. Peace is taken from the earth and men slay one another. Famine follows, and a measure of wheat is sold for a day’s wages. Death and Hell ride, and a fourth part of the earth is given over to the sword, hunger, and the beasts. The souls of the martyrs cry from beneath the altar. The sun becomes black, the moon as blood, the stars fall, and every mountain and island is moved out of its place as the kings of the earth hide from the face of Him that sits on the throne.
(Revelation 8–9): Hail and fire mingled with blood burn a third of the earth. A great mountain burning with fire is cast into the sea and a third of the ships are destroyed. A star called Wormwood falls and poisons a third of the rivers and fountains. A third of the sun, moon, and stars are darkened. The bottomless pit is opened and demonic locusts torment men for five months so that they seek death and cannot find it. Then four angels bound at the Euphrates are loosed, and an army of two hundred million slays a third of mankind.
The Antichrist breaks the covenant he confirmed. The daily sacrifice is taken away. The abomination of desolation is set up in the Temple (Daniel 9:27; Matthew 24:15). The Great Tribulation begins—such as has not been since the beginning of the world, nor ever shall be. Israel flees into the wilderness. The two witnesses prophesy in Jerusalem until the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit kills them.
(Revelation 16): A noisome and grievous sore falls upon those who have the mark of the beast. The sea becomes as the blood of a dead man and every living soul in it dies. The rivers and fountains become blood. The sun scorches men with great heat so that they blaspheme the name of God. The kingdom of the beast is full of darkness and they gnaw their tongues for pain. The great river Euphrates is dried up that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. Unclean spirits like frogs go forth to gather the kings of the earth to the battle of that great day of God Almighty at Armageddon.
The four Gospels in your Bible are actually MORE different than most Christians realize and once you understand HOW, it completely changes the way you read them.
Let me explain.
First, you need to keep this in mind. Each Gospel was written by a real person, with a unique personality, a different purpose, and a particular audience in mind.
Let’s start with Matthew.
Ironically, Matthew was a former tax collector, a profession widely despised by the Jewish people... yet he writes his Gospel primarily for a Jewish audience.
This is why he makes more than 60 references to the Old Testament. He also organizes Jesus' teachings into 5 major discourses, which many scholars see as paralleling the 5 books of Moses... And he presents Jesus as the new and GREATER Moses.
His point? Moses gave us a law written in stone. Jesus gives us a new law written in our hearts.
Mark is next.
The book of Mark is the shortest gospel and was likely written primarily for Roman Gentiles. How do we know?
Because Mark repeatedly explains Jewish customs and traditions that a Jewish audience would have already understood.
Also, Roman society placed enormous value on power, authority, and status. And here comes Mark talking about how Jesus has those things but exercises his authority and power as a *servant.* That would've been a radical message to his audience.
Luke is next.
The Gospel of Luke was written with a broader Gentile Greek speaking audience in mind. Luke, traditionally identified as a physician, was incredibly detailed and organized.
In fact, Luke is the longest Gospel…and the longest individual book in the New Testament. He also wrote the *second* longest book in the New Testament… Acts (which is a sequel to the book of Luke).
Luke is also the only Gospel that gives us detailed accounts of *both* the birth of John the Baptist and Jesus. He also places special emphasis on women, the poor, the marginalized and those that had been rejected by society. Why? Because salvation had reached beyond the religious, social, and ethnic boundaries people had established.
Lastly, the book of John.
It has been traditionally attributed to Jesus' best friend, his beloved disciple who very humbly referred to himself as “the disciple whom Jesus loved." Traditionally, many believe John was the youngest disciple, possibly even a teenager when Jesus called him.
Now, John tells us why he writes his gospel in John 20:31. Basically, he just wants to tell people about Jesus so people can trust in Him and be saved.
Interestingly enough, around 90% of John's Gospel contains material not found in Matthew, Mark, or Luke.
It's almost as if he's saying: "I knew Him intimately. And you can know Him too."
Here’s the bottom line.
These are not four different stories.
It’s one truth seen from four different angles, all pointing to the same King.
And His name is Jesus.
If you feel unprepared to defend Jesus or Christianity when challenged, you don't need any clever arguments or advanced training. There are simple, clear and biblically grounded ways to answer a few of the most common objections...
• If they say: "Jesus never existed."
You say: Even non-Christian historians like Tacitus, Josephus and Pliny the Younger mention Him. No serious historian doubts that a man named Jesus of Nazareth existed and was crucified under Pontius Pilate.
• If they say: "The Bible has been manipulated and changed too many times, it can't be trusted."
You say: Ask them, How precisely do you know what the Bible originally said in order to make such a claim? We have over 5,800 Greek manuscripts of the New Testament. Scholars compare them carefully, and the core text remains about 99.5% consistent. No other ancient document comes close to that level of preservation. The message is cohesive throughout, there is a unity of thought and none of the real variations change any core teaching or big idea within it.
• If they say: "The disciples just stole the body of Christ."
You say: People will die for what they sincerely believe is true. They do not willingly get tortured and executed for something they know is a lie. Most of the disciples, except John who died of old age, were persecuted and martyred for claiming they had seen the risen Jesus and none of them recanted to save themselves.
• If they say: "Jesus was just a good moral teacher."
You say: A good moral teacher does not claim to forgive sins, accept worship, or call Himself equal with God. Those claims force a choice: He was either lying, insane, or telling The Truth. The Gospels present Him as the last of these. [see John 10:30, Mark 2:5–12 & John 20:28]
• If they say: "A good God wouldn't allow suffering."
You say: Christianity is the only worldview in which even God Himself entered human suffering. He did not merely watch from a distance, He was tortured and killed on a cross for sinners and the only one to defeat death. No other religion has a God with physical scars. [Isaiah 53; Philippians 2:5–8; Revelation 5:6]
These short replies are easy to understand, historically grounded and rooted in the biblical picture of who Jesus is and what He did. I hope they can help you to earnestly contend for the faith. :)

HOW TO USE THE WORD OF GOD TO OVERCOME PORNOGRAPHY, MASTURBATION AND SEXUAL IMMORALITY
One of the weapons God has given us to overcome sexual temptation is His Word. Jesus overcame the temptations of the devil by responding with Scripture: “It is written.” (Matthew 4:1–11).
When sexual thoughts come, do not entertain them. Turn to the Word of God, meditate on it, declare it and act on it.
1. When sexual thoughts come, use Galatians 2:20.
“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me...” — Galatians 2:20 (NKJV).
Pray: Father, in the name of Jesus, I belong to Christ. My old life was crucified with Him. I refuse to allow the desires of my flesh to rule over me. Christ lives in me, and I choose to honour Him with my thoughts, my body and my actions. Let the life of Christ be manifested in me. Amen!
2. When the urge to watch pornography comes, use Job 31:1.
“I have made a covenant with my eyes...” — Job 31:1 (NKJV).
Declare: My eyes belong to the Lord. I will not deliberately feed my eyes with what corrupts my mind and fuels lust. I choose to turn away from impure images and set my eyes on things that honour God.
Then take action: Close the website, remove the content, unfollow accounts that trigger you and put your phone away if necessary.
3. When temptation feels overwhelming, use 1 Corinthians 10:13.
“God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able...” — 1 Corinthians 10:13 (NKJV).
Pray: Father, Your Word says You are faithful. Show me the way of escape from this temptation. Give me the strength to walk away instead of entertaining these desires. I receive Your grace to make the right choice, even when my flesh desires otherwise.
Remember, God provides a way of escape, but you must choose to take it.
4. When your mind is filled with sexual imaginations, use Philippians 4:8.
“Whatever things are pure... meditate on these things.” — Philippians 4:8 (NKJV).
Declare: My mind will not become a playground for impure imaginations. I choose to redirect my thoughts towards what is true, pure and pleasing to God. Holy Spirit, help me to discipline my thought life and meditate on the Word of God.
Do not simply try to stop thinking about something. Replace those thoughts with Scripture, worship, prayer or another wholesome activity.
5. When you feel enslaved by a recurring habit, use John 8:36.
“Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.” — John 8:36 (NKJV).
Pray: Lord Jesus, I look to You for freedom. Teach me to walk in the freedom You give. Break the patterns of secrecy, compromise and repeated sin in my life. Give me the courage to seek accountability and the discipline to remove the things that keep drawing me back. Help me to walk in obedience, one decision at a time. Amen!
6. When you need strength to resist the desires of the flesh, use Galatians 5:16.
“Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.” — Galatians 5:16 (NKJV).
Declare: Holy Spirit, lead me today. Help me to recognise temptation early and respond with obedience. Develop in me self-control, discipline and a genuine love for holiness. I choose to walk in the Spirit rather than surrender to the desires of my flesh.
HERE IS THE KEY:
Do not wait until temptation has overwhelmed you before you remember the Word of God.
When the thought comes, respond with Scripture. When the urge comes, pray with Scripture. When you are alone and vulnerable, meditate on Scripture. When you stumble, repent, receive God's forgiveness and return to obedience.
Jesus said in John 17:17, “Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.”
The Word of God must become your response to temptation, not merely something you read when you are feeling spiritual.
Read it. Meditate on it. Declare it. Obey it.
And remember Galatians 2:20: It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me.

I have a bad feeling that this next outbreak is to attack those of that didn't comply with Covid.
They're gonna kill us to convince the rest of the population to comply.
Guess what?
