News alert: Senator Kyrsten Sinema, who defected from the Democratic Party, has underperformed in her Q2 fundraising, raising just half of her Democratic opponent Congressman Ruben Gallego's total, with $1.6 million compared to his $3.1 million.

Adding to her embarrassment, it is notable that Sinema heavily relies on questionable donations from affluent individuals and corporate PACs, with less than $9,000 coming from small contributors giving under $200.

Given this lackluster showing, some political analysts speculate if Sinema will even bother announcing her reelection campaign, as she has not done so yet and may be considering a lucrative lobbyist position. It is evident that her main priorities are money and influence.
