@virginmedia Could you please give me the link I need to cancel my account? I know it’s not personally your fault but after 15 years I’ve now had enough - service levels have dropped hugely in last 12 months- will try another provider for tv/internet - the others can’t be any worse than this
@virginmedia Error code V53 tonight. Lost service for 3 days last week due to a ‘known issue in your area. Also, requesting an email for an update on fault fixes never happens !
