@ADP ADP is very difficult to work with if one has a 401K plan with them. They ignore you if you want to move and the fees probably violate ERISA. They haven’t responded for 2 weeks. Lawsuit is next and a Dept of Labor filing.

@CharlesSchwab Schwab customer service is very disappointing lately several times. Had inheritance transfer to do, it took a month, nobody really knew what they were doing. 8 phone calls. Tried to talk to the Wayne PA office manager and he ignored me. He should be changed out.

@LGE_Global having awful billing and service issues with LG? Many are unethical and border on fraud. Shipping stuff you didn’t order, rep’s who can’t see your whole account, cutoff phone calls. LG now has a big section for reporting unethical behavior. What does that tell you

@RSWAirport use RSW occasionally but every trip I reminded how poorly RSW has treated short term parkers. All bridges to terminal are cutoff street level and second level. You go to the very end of the garage with next to no signage to exit. Customer be damned.

So finally got my AA Citi card, made a $7000 purchase and it was accepted now smaller purchases are being blocked for suspicious activity like a Philly cheesesteak and a slice of pizza. Really. Now they say card was never activated. Wrong, did it in the app. Never spoke to a more ignorant outfit. Citi CEO was just in China. Ever think of improving things here.

@UPS saw that ups is getting tariff rebates from the US government. My guess is that these are tariffs that customers paid on shipped orders. Is UPS giving the $ back to customers who paid rebates on products ordered and shipped by UPS?

GE has chosen EQ Unify to handle stock gift transfers, estate transfers, etc. Besides taking 15% of the gift and estate transfers, EQ is worst organization to deal with. They’ve lost a transfer. Jack Welch would have fired this company years ago. Shame on GE.

Trying to pay card off, haven’t received new card for new number, rec’d Barclays transfer link but can’t register because don’t have new number, can’t pay with a link because I’m account holder w no card #, go on Citi and it pulls up old account and forgot password but can’t change password since no longer have old card…,shall I go on
