@theLDphysio As a Research Physio, I work to try and increase that evidence base, helping to set-up & run NIHR trials in the NHS in all therapeutic areas. We suffer from under-funding (mostly non commercial trials) and less opps for mixed clinical/research roles - trying to change this!!
