@HSBC_UK made a claim after having my bag stolen in Spain back in August. Was supposed to hear by 16/9, ‘I called’ on 16/9 as heard nothing and spoke to a real human and sent in one further doc req to support and now still heard nothing??! Is anyone allocated the claim?? 🤷‍♀️

@PostOffice my money including transaction receipt was stolen when I arrived abroad, I have requested a reprint of the transaction from the post office branch I bought it from…..why are they advising it is not possible to reprint?? This is required to progress my insurance claim

@British_Airways I’ve a booking made using avios & Amex which has been changed twice, once by BA, I am trying to make a date change to the booking and was advised to do so via Exec club online but booking states needs to be done so by an agent! nobody available when I call! SOS!!

@HM_Passport I sent in passport via post office for a child renewal and text received stating the date expected to be back by which is 4 days after flight…..is this a generic text? Is the turnaround quicker, I didn’t apply for appointment as wasn’t travelling within 3 weeks?

The cust serv advisor dealing with it shut it down not looking into all details properly hence having to escalate it! @RoyalMailHelp have been in contact though so hopefully our faith will soon be restored! 🙏🏻

Disgusted with @RoyalMail, sent back daughters mobile phone to address we purchased from to be repaired. Post Office inputted wrong postcode and item was ‘signed for’ by someone somewhere but not received by the company we returned it to!!! Rejected claim!! So Angry 😡!!

@sustrans #BigPedalWin Phoebe rode to school today, and will be riding home (I walked with the dog!) for the Sustrans Big Pedal, not just flowers and forest on our journey but embracing the evolving and ever changing landscape too!
