The best tip I can give you on health is to stop trying to follow every piece of advice you hear.
What works is learning to truly listen to your body, your inner spirit and your inner wisdom. You are unique and no one else can tell you what is best for you but you.
The best piece of advice I ever learned from my Health Coaching training was the concept of bio-individuality.
We are all unique and different so there is no one set of advice or protocol that will work for everyone. Only you can determine what is best for you.
Trees are our friends. Stop the Crepe Myrtle-cide - cutting the tops off and leaving deformed stumps in your misguided effort to tame them to your size and standard.
And while we are at it, let's stop doing that to each other, too.

To have a positive mindset, practice gratitude.
It changes how you think about life.
During hard times, it helps you uncover hidden blessings.
Don't overlook the power of gratitude.
Give yourself grace for what you have done and are doing.
Maybe it is your calling for this season.
Even if it isn't as glamorous or sexy as someone else's.
