@AidanTheJester Just know:
1. Trans women and trans men are not opposites of eachother - we have many of the same issues, at the same rates (sexual violence, mental health, self harm, lack of healthcare, poverty, etc)
2. Invisibility is killing us in many ways, and always has been
@beardpandaa there's so much hostility and a lack of compassion towards disabled trans people generally esp when it affects their presentation or transition in any way, like this isn't a community where something like a third suffer from chronic illness and disability
I do wish ND people who don't have physical disabilities wouldn't pull the whole if this was a physical disability people would take it seriously thing. As someone who deals with both trust me people also do not take physical disabilities seriously, especially invisible ones lol
every day I log on to see another one of my brothers beaten missing dead or actively fighting legal cases because of their transness, its getting to the point where I just dont understand how yall dont see it. you gotta actively be trying to miss it atp
I wore a tank top for the first time since I got top surgery. I bent over and a coworker gestured to me that she could see down my shirt. Ma'am the only fucking thing on my chest now is a breeze.
