Very happy SNW has been picked up but devastated to hear Lower Decks is ending after season 5. @MikeMcMahanTM , the cast and crew truly made something special.

Great to be back at Sandfield School yesterday for the teen class. We looked at being pushed over; learning break fall skills, moving on the ground, and most importantly, getting up to escape.

Great session at Queen Elizabeth Park Centre looking at ground work and defeating the mount at all ranges ending in scenarios to build competence and boost confidence. We always want to get up, but have to know how to get there from the ground #KravMaga #Guildford #selfdefence
