@Franca_ole@ZinselmeyerB@ShortSeller Probaly not dosed at all. I think because the dire cash situation management has chosen to not dose at all because of the follow-up cost associated with it.
@BiotechAnalysst now if we shareholders had something to say in this proceeding... Is ther no way to have an important voice here? as now that the fulfillment of the obligations is secured by the Fabry sale, i think us shareholders are for once the most important stakeholders left!
@ZinselmeyerB there are also warrants to consider which will be exercised in the case of higher shareprices
about 76 mio at 0,47 $ and 22 mio at 0,75 $
@Soeren_Berlin my thinking also.
The shareholder groups should somehow try to oppose this sale as it is to good to be true for Lilly - it is an outright steal. If we see Sandy or other directors appear in the future as employees of Lilly we know.
$sgmo
It is highly suspicious that neither Genentech nor Astellas placed a bid.
I see only two reasons for this:
- they saw that the technology doesn't work
- they reached a secret agreement with Lilly not to bid
@rjalagam9111@BiotechAnalysst prevalence of small fiber neuropathy (SFN) is approximately 53 per 100,000 people - about 50% of the cases are idiopathic (iSFN) - so about doble
Vertex shedding 16 billions in premarket as pain drug fails in phase 2 $vrtx - there you see the value the market gives an innovative pain drug $sgmo nav 1.7
Interresting timing of the earnings call - Thursday 7 - usually $Sgmo has nearly always calls and news on Tuesdays, maybe they have all togheter for the hopefully good Fabry news and cant wait until the expected Tuesday 12.
@doepke_michel I see $sgmo the next target for buyout specially at their current valuation compared to the assets they have.... management needs to consider the offers and sell to save shareholders some pain...
@AndersSjastad last communication was 25% of 2025 at 25.530
now 35% of 2025 at 24.914
so the additional time charter of the MR's are for 23.500
nevertheless good rates.
Adriaticmetals guidance for 2025
12,5 million once AgEQ - about 350 M$ in sales
145 M$ in cost = AISC 11,60$ / once
slower rampup compensated for by higher than expeted grades.
Very good!
