m0NESY talked about a hard part of being a Professional CS Player ‼️
"You have to spend so much time in this game to become successful. Inside of me sometimes I... suffer a bit from the time that I sacrificed.
I don't see how my grandma is becoming older and older, or my parents, or my brother."

Faker on if he had any role models/ liked any pro players before debuting
Faker: Actually, before my LCK debut, I just played ranked games; I don't think I really liked any specific player in tournaments.
🎥I remember you once said that you were a fan of HooN's Ryze from the national team days.
Back then, I think I learned a lot by following Hoon's Ryze guides, so that's probably why I said that.
Easyhoon:"Since I consider myself part of the first generation,I don't think I really had a specific pro gamer I looked up to as a role model. But, Faker debuted in 2013, you know. So I thought he's incredibly good.I think that's about the extent of it"

🚨 🇰🇷 Jensen Huang came to Korea with a very clear message: NVIDIA’s business with Korea is booming.
During a dinner in Hongdae with major Korean business leaders, Jensen Huang said:
“OKAY, ARE YOU LISTENING? OKAY.”
“I CAME TO Korea because business is booming. Business is booming. Booming. Bang. Like PC bang. Bang.”
He highlighted NVIDIA’s newly announced products and directly connected them to Korea’s key industries:
1️⃣ Vera Rubin
NVIDIA’s next-generation AI supercomputer, which will require massive amounts of HBM and LPDDR memory.
2️⃣ Vera CPU
A completely new CPU platform that also depends heavily on advanced memory.
3️⃣ RTX Spark
According to Jensen, this is “the first new invention in the PC industry in 40 years,” and could reinvent the PC.
4️⃣ Jetson Thor
NVIDIA’s robotics processor platform for autonomous vehicles and robots.
He also emphasized Korea’s major role in NVIDIA’s ecosystem:
“All of my friends, also with LG, all of my friends, SK Hynix, Samsung, LG, Hyundai, Naver, we are all booming.”
“I am so happy their stock price is so high. I am so happy the economy in Korea is doing so well.”
Jensen also specifically mentioned Hyundai:
“We have a big partnership with Hyundai.”
Then he added:
“Next year, we have four new products. So, we are going to be very, very busy. So, get ready for a very exciting new year.”
“My big gift is I brought four new businesses to Korea.”
The key takeaway is clear: NVIDIA is not just visiting Korea. It is expanding deeper into Korea’s memory, AI, PC, robotics, autonomous driving, and research ecosystem.
And Jensen made it very clear — Korea is one of NVIDIA’s most important partners in the next AI industrial revolution.
Faker: “Today, I got to spend some time with CEO Jensen Huang, and it was a very meaningful experience. Graphics cards are extremely important to us as gamers, and I believe there are many people whose contributions have helped make it possible for us to succeed as professional gamers. So overall, it was a very meaningful time today.”
The Jensen Huang Buff is real!🤩

🚨Jensen Huang gifted Faker a one-of-a-kind graphics card personally signed by him.
“Only one in the world. This might be worth a million dollars. I might have to keep this now.”
The king of AI handing a legendary gift to the king of League. A truly iconic moment.
People who think they are extremely self-aware are often doing nothing more than turning themselves into a permanent psychological project. Every reaction is analyzed, every emotion is interpreted, every insecurity is examined, every childhood event is revisited.
They call it awareness, but most of the time it is simply self-preoccupation with intellectual decoration around it. The ego has not disappeared, it has become the observer, the analyst, the therapist, and the patient all at once. Years can pass this way. The prison remains exactly where it was. Only the description of the prison becomes more sophisticated.
Sports is like dopamine, its just crazy.
Yaya Toure said on a recent podcast that he wakes up everyday, feeling useless, he probably does not know what to do with his life, he said his kids ask him why he's not happy.
Bro misses the game, he misses the routine, he misses the dressing rooms, he misses 70,000 screaming his name, he misses the adrenaline rush when he hits a 50-yard pass, its just crazy.
Imagine playing football everyday from like 5 years old till 35 years old, you retire and all of a sudden, you don't know what to do with your life, because you've done nothing else all your life. You suddenly become a stranger on earth.
This is why many of them do their coaching badges before they retire, they go right back into it like they never left, others become pundits, commentators, youth coaches, sports ambassador, they just cannot fucking leave the game, its an addiction.
This is what made them who they are, this is what makes them feel important, they miss the love shown by millions of people around the world, so I understand Serena.
Give credit to those who leave it and never look back. Yeah, give credit, because it's hard.
