@teresa199704 I agree Teresa! Relationships with students are so important! It's important that they trust you and feel comfortable with you. I feel like without a good relationship you tend to lose them.
@MenkMrs Creating a good classroom community is a huge key in all of these factors! If students feel safe and welcomed in their classroom community they will be already well set up to meet of all these equity goals!
