@TELUSsupport Still no assistance until Tuesday. Living in a remote area where having a landline and an Internet connection is essential to our daily life and survival. It is incredibly disappointing, and makes it feel like a third world service, at best.

Extremely disappointed in @TELUSsupport @TELUS going without landline, internet and TV for 5 days while trying to work from home is unacceptable. Especially in a remote area with spotty cell signal. We regret switching from Shaw.

@AirCanada I find it incredibly infuriating to have your system hang up on me 1h 40mins into waiting to speak with an agent. To then call back and be told by your system it's another 2h or more wait...

@united She's the one that told us they shouldn't have been held in the first place. But now is saying they weren't tag properly even though the Vancouver agent said we had to pick them up in SFO.

@united Your manager at the baggage service hasn't been very helpful. We found 1 of our bags on carousel 3 despite being told it would come through the odd size claim area. Now we're being told our 2nd bag is stuck somewhere in the system trying to get to carousel 3. We arrived at 9:30.
