@LNRailway see when you cancel all these trains and there’s 1 train every hour and a half? can it be more than 4/5 carriages please so your disgruntled passengers can at least get a seat.
This week on your line, as last week, is a disaster in both service and commmunciation

And : none of the flight crew knew anything about the extra seat. They are being lovely , but their surprise isn’t the most reassuring.

Very aggressive& patronising.

Boarding with assistance not called then expressing alarm when lined up with everybody else. Almost like the cello seat wasn’t on the manifest, or somebody didn’t look at it

I think they need a BA holiday!

@Jonathan_Hinder If MPs in all parties would concentrate on running the country rather than hurling insults at each other, the UK would be a better, kinder place for us all to live in.
