So I've got a sudden influx of DMs (20+) most of them start with some variation of "cool OC" or "tell me about your OC" which as a writer I'm elated to do so...
But then it turns out that it's really just an opening sales pitch for commissions.
Please stop.
Just be up front.
@japan_nobunaga "I'll think about it" means I don't want to... I might anyway to be supportive.... but I don't want to do it and even though I might do it anyway I'm not going to commit to it because then you'll expect me to do it.
.... I guess "I'll think about it" means just that
@TheRhetorRick Why do people think that if aliens exist it'd somehow make a difference to Christians?
Because they aren't specifically mentioned in scripture?
There are no verses that mentions house cats, yet I never see anyone pointing at Garfield and saying his existence means God's not real
@aizen_inDubai What did she see in him?
What made him see her as anything more than a tool to be used?
Does he ever meet their kid?
Who does Shiro take after?
Idk if I'll make her an official OC was just drawing for practice trying to get better with fabrics and poses without relying on a base.
Here's the pose reference
@japan_nobunaga My father is that man, he has passed that sacred art to my three brothers and for the sake of their pride every summer they battle with their skills over the coals.
@Fenrirtheicewo1 Still I think there's a smart way to go about it.
Like the filler in the original Ruroni Kenshin was planned between arcs as their own story arcs. They didn't even feel like filler.
@Fenrirtheicewo1 Filler between arcs is fine, some series do it so well that it doesn't even feel like filler.
But filler smacked in the middle of an arc is frustrating
(I know it's 'cause animators are already caught up to the source material and need to make episodes while waiting for more)
