I know many of you are eager for my memoir. Here I am editing it. As it turns out, my life has too many adventures for a mere book and I have to keep slashing away!

In the summer of 1963, President #Kennedy visited #Berlin + was greeted by ecstatic crowds who showered him with flowers. During his speech he spoke of the deceit of the #Wall, but my favorite moment of the speech was when he quoted #RobertFrost, 1 of my favorite poets. #history
#poetrymonth In 1985, I received the terrible news. My first wife Betty was terminally ill with cancer. I stayed by her side where she lay quietly at home, resting. I had been drawn to her vibrancy in our youth, when she had been a glorious butterfly. Full story on my Instagram.
Happy with a beer in hand and oysters on the table! We just spent a lovely week in Paris, catching up with family and friends and having lots and lots of oysters. #freckvreeland#Paris#oysters#beer#cafelife

Here With Love from #Rome at the landmark #Hassler Hotel, owned by my friend Roberto Wirth. I recall little Roberto when he was still wearing short pants, now he's a graceful host. https://t.co/cBjKmbW3xO
My brother and I were just like many young boys who enjoy a good prank. One of our youthful pranks involved our family’s beautiful #Bugatti. Read the whole story on my Instagram this afternoon. @freckvreeland#memoir#childhood#brothers#FreckVreeland
Like many, I have always enjoyed the little #pleasures in #life + like to be comfortable. Rumor is that on my first day of open-air kindergarten classes I did not enjoy sitting on a hard bench. I notified my nanny Letty to bring a cushion, an early sign of my desire for comfort!
#storytime My most popular post to date is about my parents. One of you asked how they met so here is the story. My parents met in 1923 on the Fourth of July in Saratoga, NY... They were married for 42 years. More on Instagram. @freckvreeland#dianavreeland#relationshipgoals
