@pravin_vaz It is hard to build a personal relationship online as well as trust but hopefully it will be easier that you realize, because of the time an dedication spent to teach and love on the students during the pandemic.

Q1: As the school year opens many of the students may not have the drive to focus on the learning. 2. the ability to have the students sit in class all day. 3. A Perk would be a deeper technology understanding.
