@Sonos I keep getting 10-30 seconds lag when changing volume, grouping speakers, changing music etc. my sonos system is wired via Ethernet. I don't understand why and as a customer for more than 15 years, is reaching the point I'm looking at alternatives. Fix your system.

@DublinAirport had a terrible experience today at T2 to pickup my mum who has difficulties to walk. We can no longer collect someone at the dropoff, forcing us to use the car park, at a different level from the bridge. That's unacceptable, my mum had to walk 300m vs 50m before.

@eflow_freeflow didn't apply the Low Emission Vehicle Toll incentive to my account in 2023 and refuse to refund me for these journeys because I didn't declare that my Tesla was an electric car @TeslaIreland @IEVAsso @EamonRyan we need better policies to help ev adoption

@farzyness I'd think a Saas model is preferable: almost instant market feedback looking at churn rate, larger user base as affordability drastically increases, leading to far more data to train models, and a highly predictable cash flow. Plus it's easy to remarket churned users

@AskAIB pls improve the UI of the bank transfer with card reader: 1) show the last 8 digits of the IBAN in two sets of 4 digits and 2) enter the code in two sets of 4 digits. Your competitors have been doing this for 10 years (next, get rid of the card reader as other banks did)

@PlayStationEU not good to force users to add more money to the playstation wallet than what they need for a given purchase. Users should be able to add a custom amount corresponding exactly to the transaction they want to make.

@Tesla profile syncing doesn't adjust mirrors properly when switching between LHD and RHD cars. Probably not a frequent use case, but it would show great attention to details to have that fixed! Can you do something about it?
