An elite coaching package and support staff package setup in CFB 27 dynasty….

The recruiting coordinator package grants extra recruiting hours. Many people assume extra hours is great, but this is always the case. Every recruit requires NIL and thus even if you have the extra hours, you can’t always afford to mass recruit with the extra hours. This by itself would have been an elite package in previous years..

The best use case for this package comes when pairing it with tier 4 elite recruiter “always be crootin” which allows you to recruit players using extra hours, up to 80 per recruit. When using this package you will find that you run out of hours much quicker and can’t recruit as many players.

Quick math for maxed tier 4
800 hours with 80 per = 10 recruits
800 hours with 50 per = 16 recruits
This means you are using about 40% more hours per recruit when maxed and closed to 20% when not maxed, 60-65 hours.

The beauty of pairing the recruiting coordinator package and tier 4 elite recruiter is that you can max out your hours on every recruit for a massive interest boost and then you recoup the lost hours with the package. This doesn’t incur in extra NIL spend since you aren’t hoarding recruits but rather sending extra hours as whole, but still target the same amount of recruits with the hours. In some case if your hours are strong enough compared to your comp you can also pay far less in NIL…

All in all, you get greater interest gains, save on NIL and can still recruit a normal recruit class amount without running out of hours..

My only hope for NBA 2K27 is that there’s more focus on The WNBA. Women My Players that can be used in The Rec and The Park would be a dream come true, and very overdue… but even just more love to The W in MyTeam (a mode where you could matchup online) would make me happy!

The only time I’ve seen the 2K community unite like the EA community was during 2K17. If you’re an OG, you remember the community revolted and forced 2K to change the 2s court from losers out back to make-it, take-it. I haven’t seen people move like that since.
