I had a cryptocurrency account With hundreds of dollars in the crypto wallet and now it’s all gone along with my crypto account… I haven’t been on crypto in a week and last time I checked it was perfectly fine 😐 What’s keeping me under the illusion that my account is still alive is the fact that crypto just took a monthly amount of $20 for etherium crypto also I got a message that said “ your funds are safe” but it refuses to let me log into my account and the same email that claims to be “used by a preexisting account “ is now linked with a brand new account. Accidentally sent 0.5 ETH on Robinhood Chain to my Coinbase deposit address.

The ETH is there onchain, but Coinbase doesn’t support Robinhood Chain yet, so it isn’t showing in my account.

Talking to support now. In theory they control the wallet and could bridge/recover it.

Let’s see how this goes. I’m sure I won’t be the last person this happens to.

Per giunta volevano il passaporto perché non riconoscono documenti validi in ITA ed in UE.

Coinbase Support finally came through. I posted a while back that Coinbase Support was doing a terrible job. Well, it took them a while, but they did finally fund my new account after I lost access to my original account due to an email issue. So I have to admit that they did do their job and I am grateful for that and for them. Took way too long. But I suppose that was because of all of the security precautions. If you ever have a problem with your coinbase account I recommend that you contact their support team here on X. That is what finally got the ball rolling and got the job done. Thanks Coinbase Support Team.

Do not use Coinbase to buy your ADA, use Kraken or another CEX. Whenever I try to send ADA from my Coinbase wallet to my Cardano wallet, it usually takes at least 1 hour and sometimes multiple hours to receive my ADA. When I send ADA from my Kraken wallet, it takes 5 minutes.
