You really need to do justice to Sterling when writing. He broke out at 16, playing top level football, and now he’s 31.

Out of these years, he was at the top for more than a decade. Many players don’t have that.

I understand that things often have to get worse before they get better (that’s the echoing silver lining in my mind). But it’s the compounded inconvenience that wears you down tbh..no power from ZESCO, not enough sunlight for the inverter, roads blocked so you take a longer route, burning more fuel, only to find there’s no fuel available at the gas station. We’re resilient people, no doubt, malleable.. It’s just a lot to carry at once. Nothing against anyone, it’s just ..a lot.
