They found that if you picked 100K random citizens, ~1100 would be criminals. BUT if you chose 100K random immigrants, only ~800 would be criminals

10s of millions of immigrants would still do less crime than citizens.

Most crime is committed by citizens, not immigrants which tells you the issue isnt the immigration, its something else.
